Welcome, so glad you found your way here. I’m Rachael and this is Amani Yoga. I offer trauma sensitive yoga trainings and sessions rooted in trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience. The training is paired with a body-based approach to healing that interrupts the felt experiences of complex trauma so that survivors can move from a life of surviving to a life of thriving. Whether you are looking to participate in a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) session or desire to gain more knowledge through an in-service or 20 hour training, I’m here to support you in expanding your knowledge about trauma and how to integrate a trauma informed framework into your sphere of influence.
